Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy
WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Graham’s Jewelry Spot can offer you this wide spectrum of Jewelry because our sourcing is broad. Virtually all of our collection will be either one of a kind, or the only one that were able to acquire. Our adjustment policy therefore must factor in this reality. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped for full money refunds. GJS must be contacted within 3 days of delivery of your package if you intend to return your purchase. (See holiday exception*) You have 14 days to return the item for any reason. If GJS is not contacted within 3 days, and/or we do not receive the items within 14 calendar days, no refund will be issued. You must contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problem regarding the condition of the piece. If incorrect item was shipped, we will send out the correct item. If it is not available, we will issue a full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. ON SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, ITEMS MODIFIED FOR YOU INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SIZING ARE NOT RETURNABLE. If you for any reason 14 days after purchase (or holiday purchase) want to return a product, you may do so provided that it is in the same condition that you received it in. When you return it you will receive the store credit amount of the product purchased less restocking fee. The restocking fee will be 20% of the purchase price. SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE. To do this, you must let us know by the 14th day, and the item must be received by us within 21 days of receipt. And shipping must be insured.
After contacting us within 3 days of delivery of your package (if damaged or incorrect), you have 14 days to return your item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it including all of the original packaging. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, worn, or altered. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for your return. We will provide you a return label for damaged items, and instructions for your return via USPS/UPS/FEDEX. You must ship the package back to us via USPS and pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will verify the condition of the item and issue a refund within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, please contact us at the number provided. *During this Holiday season of 2020 you have until December 28th to let us know about ANY issue that may have occurred.
